What's for lunch bros? I am enjoying a chicken salad sandwich on dark rye which is hitting the spot.

Yes it has bacon, yes it has some cheese toasted on one side of the bear, but I kept the bread overall soft and fresh which is nice.

I don’t normally like rye but I’d absolutely eat this.

Made some cheddar and garlic quesadillas for lunch

Well, dinner. I only once a day.

1/4 Can Hormel Chili
1/4 Cup of my wife’s rice (I don’t know what she puts in it but it’s AMAZING)

>Not pictured
Chopped tomatoes and onions.

Turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger tea.

And yes I’m very very poor.

Sounds like a wholesome meal to me and frankly more nutritious than my rye sandwich
